Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you rarely have the time to monitor what is happening with your Virtual Private Server – whether it’s overloaded or if all the processes are running the way they should. With our Optional Admin Services package, we’ll do that for you. Your server will be added to our custom–developed monitoring software system and the moment there’s a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of your data is necessary – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you having to install and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are stored on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. This means that your data will always be protected, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure special software programs on it. And if this may seem like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the best thing for your needs. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our competent system administrators who will install and configure any software application or fix any problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it is an optional feature.
